I provide legal advice and company secretarial services to businesses and companies across Australia, the Pacific Islands and beyond.

I combine the experience of an Australian solicitor with the practice of a French avocat d'affaires. Trained with major French and Australian law firms, I now have more than 20 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer and company secretary.

I have substantial experience advising Australian and foreign companies in relation to their investments, project acquisitions, capital raising including IPOs, corporate compliance, cross-border transactions, joint ventures and operations, navigating various legal systems, including Australia, France, Hong Kong, South Africa and various Pacific Islands.

My current practice as a general counsel and company secretary of several private and public companies has a focus on mining and mineral resources.

My varied legal expertise helps Company Boards to achieve and maintain a high standard of corporate governance and compliance.
